What is interesting about this photo is that upon closer inspection you will notice that the gas pumps pictured in the frame are on the other side of the barbed wire fence...Actually the whole story is that the red pumps are actually owned by a private company that is totally unrelated to the gas station and just happens to be next to it coincidently causing an ironic image.
On a side note...check out those gas prices...the date of the photo is 4/10/06.
